Clear SMILE LASIK(3rd Gen)

I recently visited Healing Eye Clinic for a full eye examination and underwent SMILE LASIK eye surgery. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I’m happy with the result so far. 👍 My appointment was at 2pm, and I made the appointment through WhatsApp. I was informed that an English interpreter would be arranged for my visit. The full eye examination was very thorough, followed by a consultation with the eye surgeon/clinic director. Luckily, the clinic director could speak English, so I was able to clearly understand my eye condition, the different surgical options available, and the possible complications and risks. I really appreciated that the doctor took the time to explain everything before I made my decision. The only challenging part was during the price/cost discussion. The staff assisting me at that stage could not speak English, and initially we had to rely on Papago to communicate. Since there were quite a few medical and treatment-related terms, I had several questions I wanted to clarify and confirm before proceeding with the surgery. Unfortunately, there wasn't an interpreter assigned to me at that point. I contacted the clinic again through WhatsApp to check whether an interpreter was coming. Thankfully, the clinic was able to arrange a Chinese interpreter for me at the last minute. Once the interpreter arrived, the discussion became much easier and I was able to properly clarify the details, so I didn't have to struggle with translation. The clinic assistants and staff were all very nice, polite and helpful throughout the visit. From the eye examination, doctor's consultation and price discussion, the whole process took around 2 hours. The actual SMILE LASIK procedure itself was surprisingly quick — around 10 minutes or so. I also returned to the clinic the next day for my post-surgery review, and thankfully everything looked good. 👍 Overall, I had a positive experience at Healing Eye Clinic. The doctors and staff were professional and friendly, and I’m glad that the clinic managed to arrange an interpreter when I needed one. For international patients, I would recommend confirming the interpreter arrangement in advance, especially for the treatment/pricing discussion. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. I was super nervous before the Smile surgery, but the team here is extremely professional and hospitable. They make sure you understand exactly what you are getting into and make the overall surgery a breeze. I highly recommend getting lasik or smile here. If you don’t speak Korean, I recommend finding a translator to come with. If you contact their office they will recommend translators

Quick, clean, and efficient 1 day LASIK, SMILE, and ICL. Took about 5 hours from check in and all the eye exams to consultation then operation and post surgery check up and go home. They had 2 friendly mandarin translator who was working hard to provide translation for 5+ mandarin speaking customers. Unfortunately they don’t seem to have any English translators and the optometrist performing the surgery understood English but wasn’t comfortable speaking. And a lot of their instructional pamphlets between korean, English and Chinese were suppose to be the same but there was a few discrepancies between each languages. (For example one language would say you can’t shower for 3 days after operation, but in another language it’ll say 7 days.) Just important paperwork and instructions seem to not all align making post operation instructions confusing. Luckily I was able to ask the doctor and reconfirm a lot of post procedure details. Agreement paperwork was only available in Korean and mandarin , I had to insist reading and signing the liability form in English because my mandarin reading is not proficient enough and it took them another 1-2 hours to prepare an English version. Optometrist in charge of my operation was very nice and would answer all my questions. Post operation you’re not allowed to swim, drink alcohol, perm hair, and no playing sports or gym for 2 weeks to 1 month. Operation was a success. Be prepare for a quick, less than 1 hour check up after the procedure the next day. I agreed to leave this review in exchange for compensation but I tried to keep this as unbiased and honest as I could.

Have went to do the dry eye treatment as I see social media on it. Very nice and posh place. The male eye doctor is very nice and friendly. Definitely not those snobbish kind. Very patient in explaining in details and even talking about cost. He don’t rush through the procedure and speak nicely to you. Tell you the non surgical procedure way and also the surgical way and don’t push sales to you. Highly recommended. I almost sleep during the dry eye treatment! The electronic shoulder massage is really good 👍👍

I opted for LASIK surgery, and the person who explained the procedure provided a detailed explanation of why LASIK was the right choice for me. This thorough explanation instilled confidence in me, and I proceeded with the surgery without hesitation.

I did my Clear Smile surgery here with Dr. Kim. She is always nice and patient, explaining all details before the surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly and follow up was great too.

I visited and had a same-day surgery at the Healing Eye Clinic. First, various tests were conducted, and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the front desk staff, the technicians who performed the tests, and even the director. Their friendly attitude made me feel at ease during the entire examination process.
